I searched for some time and came across a web developer named Brad Willims on the site http://www.strangework.com/ I thought the blog represented his personal life and who he was as well as some projects and designs he has taken part of.. In his blog it takes you into the beginning of his career, how he got into web developing, and his current position. He shows projects being worked on and completed and allows comments to be made as inquires or remarks. Brad also includes some seminars and tutorials.
The second blog I found as a resume was this man named Bob Sutor at http://www.sutor.com/newsite/blog-open/ It looked professional and there are mostly business topics but there is some mention of his personal life as well. It seems like a very serious blog and the personal life Bruce Springsteen mentioning just seems a little out of place.
My resume on my blog would be straight forward and professional with little personal life information, only if that it would pertain to the specific job. I would of course include all my past experiences in the workforce as well as my skills attained in my schooling.
